As the VP of Digital Marketing, Rachel Betterbid (simply known as 'RB' to most Coalmarchers and clients alike) oversees the SEO and SEM teams at Coalmarch by WorkWave. With over 8 years of experience in digital marketing and client management - combined with a passion for business and people development - Rachel has played a key role in scaling our company's digital marketing team and services. She enjoys coming up with new strategies and tactics that not only help our clients, but also our employees, achieve their goals. Out of the Office
Outside of work, Rachel loves to spend time at home or with family and friends. You can usually find her at the newest local restaurant in Raleigh, planning her next trip, or simply hanging on the couch watching Bravo and snuggling up to her two cats. Fun fact: when Rachel was living in Wilmington, NC, she would often make extra cash by being an extra on the hit show "One Tree Hill." Look close enough and you can probably catch her in the background of a few episodes!
