As an Account Strategist at Coalmarch, Lindzi brings more than a decade of small business ownership and four years of account and project management experience to every client relationship she builds. With a natural talent for communication and problem-solving, she focuses on aligning teams, optimizing processes, and helping business owners stay centered on their goals.
Known for her entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, and people-first approach, she enjoys partnering with clients to dream boldly and turn ideas into measurable results.
Out of the Office
While she calls West Michigan home, her journey has taken her through five different states, giving her a deep appreciation for adaptability and new experiences. When she’s not working or spending time with her husband, two kids, and chocolate lab, Winston, you can find her escaping reality with her nose in a book (well, Kindle) and theorizing about unfinished book series with friends in her “bookish” group texts.
