Rachel has been with Coalmarch since 2015, building her career alongside the company and deepening her expertise in the pest and lawn industry over the last decade. Today, she leads growth through sales and marketing—focused on expanding partnerships, refining go-to-market strategy, and scaling what works so Coalmarch keeps winning in a competitive market.

What really energizes RK is getting into the industry and meeting people. She loves conferences, events, and the real conversations that happen face-to-face with operators. She’s the first to admit she’s biased, but she swears by it: pest and lawn pros are some of the most genuine, down-to-earth people you’ll meet, and being around them is one of her favorite parts of the job.

RK also truly believes in what Coalmarch does and the impact it can have on an owner’s life. She’s passionate about helping businesses grow in ways that make real dreams possible—whether that’s building something strong enough to sell for top dollar, or scaling it into a legacy they’re proud to pass to the next generation.

When she’s off the clock, RK is happiest near the water or figuring out how to get there next—Outer Banks, boating, pool time, anything coastal. She’s also a die-hard Clemson fan (yes, “Clemsoning” is real), a Raleigh restaurant explorer, an enthusiastic online shopper, and a Richmond-to–North Carolina convert who always likes having a trip to look forward to.
