Meet Jamie Gagliano
Jamie is a Project Manager at Coalmarch, where she helps turn complex website projects and digital initiatives into clear, organized plans from kickoff through launch. She works closely with Engineering while collaborating across the organization to keep priorities aligned, remove roadblocks, and make sure projects continue moving forward.
With a background in marketing and a process-driven mindset, Jamie thrives when there are a lot of moving pieces to bring together. She enjoys improving workflows, creating clarity across teams, and finding smarter ways to make the project experience smoother for both clients and the teams doing the work behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Jamie can usually be found reading, cooking, trying a new restaurant, or deep into a true crime story. She loves spending time with friends and family, hanging out with her pets, Romeo and Jenny, and has a suspiciously good track record of guessing people’s zodiac signs.
I love bringing structure to complicated projects. There’s something really satisfying about taking a lot of moving pieces, creating a clear path forward, and helping a team work together to get there.
AI, digital products, web technology, and project management. I’m especially interested in tools and ideas that can make teams more efficient without losing the human side of how we work.
Progress. I like being able to look back at a project, process, or team challenge and clearly see that something works better because of the effort we put into it.
Turning chaos into a plan. Give me a complicated project with a lot of moving pieces and I’ll probably have a workflow, timeline, and next steps mapped out pretty quickly.
I love spending time with family and friends, working out, reading, cooking, writing, hanging out with my pets, and consuming probably more true crime than necessary.
