Isabel is a Senior Search Experience Strategist at Coalmarch, where she has grown from SEO Analyst when she joined in 2022 to her current role in 2025. She specializes in content creation, technical SEO, and generative search optimization (GSO), helping home service businesses get found everywhere their customers search, from traditional results to AI-powered answers. 

Over time, she's built a strong foundation in both on-page optimization and broader strategic planning, helping clients reach their goals through thoughtful, results-oriented SEO work. Isabel holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from NC State University.

Outside of work, you'll usually find Isabel trying out new recipes or tending to her flowers. She loves hiking and backpacking, and when her schedule's free, she's heading to the mountains. She loves picking up new hobbies and finding ways to be creative.
