Meet Antonio “Tony” Estevez. Tony is a Platform Architect at Coalmarch, where he maintains the company's IaaS infrastructure and leads its transition to a PaaS model. He's been designing and developing for the internet for nearly 30 years, with a career spanning his own agency, startups, and global companies across sectors including universities, pharmaceuticals, and banking/finance.

As an engineer focused squarely on delivery outcomes, Tony has also thrived in adjacent roles like Project Manager, Business Analyst, and UX, giving him a well-rounded view of what it actually takes to ship good work. His deep commitment to client satisfaction was shaped early, in a family business, and it still drives how he approaches every project today: with an eye for innovative, high-quality solutions.

Outside of work, Tony is a home improvement addict, avid exerciser, artist and mountain biker. In past lives, he's been a breakdancer and an amateur track racer.
