Meet Alanna Young
Alanna Young is the Director of Digital Advertising, bringing more than nine years of experience in the home services marketing industry and specializing in Google Ads, programmatic advertising, Local Services Ads, and holistic marketing strategy. She leads our digital advertising department with a strong focus on people management and team building, driving measurable growth for clients while strengthening internal talent.
Alanna is passionate about bridging the gap between marketing strategy and real business outcomes. She loves teaching—whether that’s empowering her team with new skills or helping clients understand the “why” behind their marketing decisions. She’s continually improving processes and standards to ensure our work is efficient, impactful, and aligned with client goals.
Outside of work, Alanna enjoys crafting, exploring breweries, discovering new restaurants, and spending time outdoors whenever she can.

I’m especially excited about how quickly AI is reshaping digital advertising, particularly within Google Ads. The pace of change can make your head spin at times, but it’s giving marketers the chance to spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on strategy, creativity, and real business problem-solving. As long as we stay adaptable and curious, these tools have the potential to make our work more impactful than ever!
