Laura joined the Coalmarch family in 2015. After learning the ins and outs of the home service industries, she worked as the Associate Director of Organic Strategy to oversee the organic search team and deliver the best SEO tactics to generate visibility and leads for our clients.
Now, as the Branding & Communications Manager, Laura lives at the intersection of media, technology, and consumer behavior, leading communication strategy for Coalmarch. She enjoys being able to put her knack for storytelling and love of research to good use, sharing digital marketing and recruitment strategy with small business owners. In addition to securing client media coverage on a variety of local and national news outlets, she has been featured in the New York Times, Forbes, and INC.com.
When she's not at work, Laura enjoys dabbling in art, reading horror novels, and watching crime dramas. She enjoys baking gourmet cupcakes for her coworkers' birthdays but has almost burned the house down trying to make microwave dinners. She spends a regrettable amount of time Instagramming her food and complaining that it's too hot outside.
