Luxology Modo Add to Form Script

Luxology modo has a super scripting system and a generalized form architecture. This makes it pretty easy to extend with some simple scripts to make the clerical part of workflow (finding tools) faster.
This script adds the missing “Map to Form” command to the context menu on the history palette.
