What they do in the office

Tom is involved in just about everything that Coalmarch produces, making him the keeper and generator of most our great ideas. He’s constantly working on solutions to make our Products better for us and for our Clients. Beyond all the problem-solving, keeping-this-place-together, Programming-genius stuff he handles; Tom makes amazing sandwiches and a darn strong cup of coffee. He also runs errands, talks on the phone, writes stuff down and signs important papers in between designing workflow automation systems. When its time to take a break, he’ll grab his guitar and let loose on some impromptu arias about team members and offer life changing philosophical discussions to anyone who needs it.

What they do out of the office

Tom is never truly out of the office, but when he can get away he has two awesome kids, Josie and Robert, another baby on the way, a beautiful wife Marian and the best dog ever, Cooper. Never satisfied with subpar solutions, he spends his own time also working out the best way to help our Clients and our company. For a break he hops online to game and school the other Coalmarch employees. Damn it feels good to be a gangster.
