You are also welcome to call or email us directly, but if you use our support email, the entire office will see your request. This guarantees that someone will respond to you in 24 hours or less during weekdays.
Once we receive an email, we'll open up a project in our project management software - Basecamp. This website allows us to communicate easily with you, share files, and allows you to see what's taking place at every step of your project.
The best part about Basecamp is that you never have to worry about logging in or forgetting your password. You're automatically CC'd on our conversation there, and can respond directly from your inbox.
We recommend contacting us at least three weeks in advance to ensure that your project deadlines are met. Although we will respond to your initial request within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that work will begin on your project immediately due to our pre-planned production schedule and allotted time for retainer clients.
