Using CoalJobs Effectively
When you have a lot of projects or some very large projects underway with us, it can be difficult to keep track of it all. Here are some general guidelines about when to leave a comment, create a ticket, or create an incident.
- If you already have a ticket or incident open that is relevant to your request or feedback, leave a comment.
- We can always open a new ticket later for you if a comment leads to a new project.
- Multiple requests on one ticket can be OK, as long as they are related. It won’t necessarily affect billing or go-live dates.
- When you have a new feature request, change order, or question that isn’t related to an open ticket, please open a new ticket.
- If you have an emergency request, please open an incident. Opening an incident means that we do not need to wait for your approval for estimates to act on emergency measures.
