Virtual Tours Make A Big Impact

I have been shooting Virtual Tours over a year now, and still amazed at how it look’s and work’s. I’ve seen many beautiful homes, town homes, and apartments all around the triangle area. After seeing what Virtual Tours can do to showcase a property I wonder if there is a better better way to show them off then with a 360 degree panorama that allows the user to view whatever part of the room they want. When people are searching for new homes, they want a little bit of control. Our Virtual Tours allow them to have just that. You can even zoom in on any part of the tours. While still photos are a great supplement to the description of a home, nothing comes closer to making you feel like you are actually at the property than a good virtual tour. Want to sell your house quick? Stand out with a high quality virtual tour.
Quality Is Everything In A Virtual Tour
We shoot out Virtual Tours with one of the best cameras out there, the Nikon D200, so the quality of the Virtual Tours come out really outstanding. Besides shooting some of the most impressive homes in the triangle, I think one of my favorite shoots was the one we did for the NC Museum of Natural Science. We completed about 40 Tours in there and each one turned out great. Check out some of the Museum tours by going to:

Useful Virtual Tour Tips
Lighting
Many people think that having a lot of outdoor light is great, but it just the opposite with Virtual Tours. We actually prefer if you pull the blinds down so the bright sun doesn’t make the tours appear over exposed or washed out. Turn on as many lights as possible so the room is bright but the tours still show the deep rich colors of your home.
Staging
Just like when you are showing off your home or any other place, make sure that the area is set up in an inviting, clean and open manner. You want people to envision themselves as part of the space. Get rid of as much clutter as possible and show off your best assets!
Area
One of the most important things to remember when you are shooting a virtual tour is that you stand in the right part of the room. You want to be able to capture more than one area so that your users can get the full pan view and not just 3/4 of a great room.
