Content Management
With CoalEngine® Elements
Elements was designed to represent the finest data anywhere…. yours.
When our current Clients think of our Content Management System, CoalEngine®, they don’t focus on our super snazzy user interface or the fantastic performance - it’s the fact that there are limitless possibilities for storing and presenting information through CoalEngine® to their website using Elements.
When we were writing CoalEngine® to be our flagship Products, we knew that Elements would be the backbone of the content management. We wanted to call these “blocks of data” something simple, something… elemental. Aha! Elements! Elements represent the content of your website in manageable and reusable chunks. Elements are templates used to display your information in reliable and browser compatible ways.
Let’s say you’re a vacuum cleaner salesperson. You want to release a new model of your vacuum to the public on your web site. Using a custom-built “Vacuum” element you would enter the information that describes your new vacuum cleaner to a “T” into the Element form within CoalEngine®. The designer would then create a template and the associated CSS code to display the instance of your Vacuum Cleaner element in just the right way to set-off the “suction power” and “bag capacity” that makes your product so insanely great. Now your product gets pushed to the live site and it looks great and integrates well with all other existing content - and you can move your vacuum Element to other locations on page or on-site. Complete content manageability.
There are no limits to what you can do with your Elements. We’re constantly surprised with what our Clients come up with. How can Elements help you today with your content management?
