Bicycle Playing Cards, a division of the United States Playing Card Company (USPC), is a reputable and well known brand providing the highest quality playing cards to their customers for over 100 years. USPC wanted to expand their products by offering a website where their customers could log on, or validate a pre-bought serial number, and upload and integrate personal photos that could be printed on a personalized deck of cards. Furthermore, they wanted to process to allow for easy third party integration and seamless editing and ordering. Coalmarch was able to create a custom e-commerce solution to their CoalBiz product to give USPC a site that isn’t just easy to use, its fun for the customer and makes great business sense.

The NC Triangle Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funding to prevent breast cancer. Coalmarch Productions was approached to provide a more user-friendly Web site that allowed for easy donations, event participation, news distribution, and navigation.

Pexagon Technology was previously a brick-and-mortar only, retail vendor of Microdrive and Portable storage components based in Connecticut. Bridging into e-commerce sales, Pexagon had elected to develop their online storefront in-house. In the spring of 2006, they contacted Coalmarch Productions with some serious issues. Their daily visit rate had achieved around 150 unique visitors with page views just over 3000 and their network was suffering greatly from the strain. Their estimated monthly revenue at that time was around $1,000.

The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin is a high profile North Carolina law firm specializing in accident injury cases. The firm has over 90 employees and has represented thousands of clients across the state. JSF had attempted to launch their business presence online several times before approaching Coalmarch to prepare and present materials for the implementation of a content management system to produce their Web site. Additionally, they required search engine marketing services to help publicize their site as an informational resource primarily in the areas of workers’ compensation and product recall data.
