What they do in the office

Vivian brings a touch of fabulous to the Coalmarch gang. She’s likely the first person to greet you, whether you call or drop in the office. Beyond just making sure that all of our visitors and potential clients are well taken care of, she takes good care of the team as well (she makes a mean pot of coffee). Making sure people get exactly what they need is just second nature to Vivian as a Solutions Specialist. She’s here to help you figure out what solutions your business needs and how we can get them to you. Not sure where to start? What they do out of the office

When Vivian isn’t here, she’s being entertained by her eight year old daughter Madison who can be a bit shy, but has a sense of humor nothing short of riotous. Keeping up with Madison means that Viv works her soccer mom skills rallying on the field or helping out with gymnastics (and soon to be cheerleading). In the summer, the girls like to head to the beach whenever possible to just soak up the sun or do jet ski promotions (which is why we are curiously intrigued by the possibility that Vivian might be a stunt double!).

She also is a huge movie and music fan, a self-proclaimed shopaholic with more shoes than we can count, can bust a mean dance move, is a total whiz in the kitchen and still has time to keep up on the news & politics. And just when you thought Vivian couldn’t possibly cram any more into her life she makes the time to volunteer at her daughters school, the Komen foundation for breast cancer and the food bank. We’d like to make some kind of quip here, but the truth is Vivian loves to help anyone in need and is great to have as part of the team.
