Let’s go live!

The Implementation phase of the life cycle is when we deliver your finished product to you. Typically CoalEngine™ distributions are hosted in the dedicated, highly secure, enterprise level Coalmarch Server Array Environment. This allows us to ensure that adherence to the proper technical guideliness for CoalEngine™ have been applied and are being maintained, insuring a 99.9% “uptime” rate. If you prefer to host your website in your own environment, we can install the distribution for you, provide support and instructions to help you IT/IS department install the CoalEngine™ suite on your server, or even help you obtain a dedicated server that works in tandem with our own array.

The goal of the above exercise is to ensure that when your site launches, it is hosted in a safe and reliable location so it can run as it should. Once we’ve taken care of all the technical issues involved, the site is pushed live for all your adoring fans to enjoy. But the quality assurance doesn’t stop there. Now we move into Post-Launch.
